Project Organize is a Montreal-based company founded in 2016 by Liz Cohene that serves to help clients organize everything from their renovations to their spaces to their lives. Liz Cohene is a member in good standing of the Professional Organizers of Canada and a trained professional organizer since 2017, although she has been organizing her students, her friends, and her family for decades.


During renovations, Project Organize can manage RFPs, refer and/or supply professionals such as: general contractors, architects, designers, structural engineers, landscape architects, HVAC, and more. We also supply materials such as flooring, ceramics, stones, plumbing etc. We take the stress out of your renovation and keep your project on time and on budget.


Whether you are building a new house or just looking to organize the one you have, we can help. Our focus is on maximizing space, functionality and efficiency in the home. Project Organize provides personalized solutions for every room, whether you need a new custom closet or just a new shelving unit. We put a system in place that the whole family may follow and maintain, where everything is labelled and logical.


Every project is different and we can do as much or as little as you want. We can give you a master plan to follow, or you can give us your keys and we’ll tell you when your house is ready!
